Shiva Mandir's purpose is to bring the blessing of ancient spiritual traditions into modern life. It serves the community through educational programs, cultural enrichment and charitable service. Shiva Mandir’s goal is to bring spirituality into practical humanitarian endeavor and its participants into a direct and personal relationship with the Divine. It honors and supports all sacred paths and teachers.

Located in Denver, Colorado USA, Shiva Mandir offers classes, seasonal celebrations, holiday ceremonies and serves its community through seva (service) projects.

Shiva Mandir is located in a turn-of-the-century Victorian house near I-25 & South Broadway in Central Denver. The gatherings are small and friendly. Each person is encouraged to participate as they like. Shiva Mandir was founded 13 years ago as a Colorado nonprofit organization. You are always welcome!

UPCOMING SPECIAL EVENTS
Every Sunday Sept. 5, 12, 19 & 26 8 am until Noon	SUNDAY SANCTUARY. This time is set aside at Shiva Mandir for you to come and offer your own Pujas, Prayers and Meditations. The altars will be supplied with candles, flowers and puja supplies for your use. All are welcome. This is a free service offered to the community.
Wednesday Sept. 8 7-9 pm	NEW MOON FIRE PUJA AND SHIVA ABHISHEK Please bring a fruit or flower. Actual New Moon Time, 4:30 am MDT
NEW! Friday Sept. 10, 17 & 24 6:30-7:30 pm	Devi puja Friday is the day of Venus in Vedic astrology. The energy of Venus (or Shukra in Sanskrit) connects with Divine Mother energy. Honoring the Divine Mother on Friday brings blessings of good luck, abundance and protection. This is a new program for Shiva Mandir that is being offered by request. These pujas are offered as a community service and will bring your work week to a close with grace and appreciation. Please bring a fruit or flower.
Ongoing	Lakshmi’s Garden at Shiva Mandir. This community garden is tended, cultivated and harvested by devoted hands. The food raised is given away to local area shelters. This year a new gardening technique called “permaculture”, a sustainable and completely organic method, has been implemented.
