CINEMA SPIRIT GATHERINGS |

Once a month, we have a movie night as a fund raiser for Shiva Mandir. The films contain enlightened themes exploring wonder, hope, imagination and expanded awareness. The evening will include refreshments and a lively discussion exploring the movie’s concepts in the light of the spiritual path. $10 suggested donation.
“A Man Named Pearl.” A compelling feature focusing on one genial man named Pearl Fryar who reshaped his garden and unexpectedly reshaped the lives of hundreds of people. The film traces his journey from being a sharecropper’s son to an internationally acclaimed artist. |

Bhajan CLASS.
In this session we will learn several beautiful musical chants to share in devotional settings. Areas of focus include how to: establish an atmosphere of open-heartedness, build energy and devotion, and facilitate group participation. Bring musical instruments of all kinds – guitars and drums are especially welcomed. Songbooks and musical chords will be given as class material. Donations appreciated.
This class will be taught by Sara Mesmer who is a yoga and meditation teacher with a background as a professional musician.

KNOWLEDGE MEETINGS |
KNOWLEDGE PROGRAMS: These classes acquaint the Western mind with the roots of Vedic and Yogic teaching. The information offered is general and of practical use to everyone. The topics are taken from the teachings of Sri Swami Kaleshwar and presented by certified teachers. Each class begins with Vedic chanting, bhajans and a silent meditation. There is a suggested donation of $18 per class; any amount is welcomed and appreciated.

INTO THE HEART AND WOMB OF MOTHER DIVINE
The mystery of the Nada Bindu and the Shri Chakra. We will examine in detail geometry of the Shri Chakra Yantra and the Holy Womb Yantra as given by Sri Kaleshwar. As a group we will practice using these yantras as powerful healing tools.

CHAMUNDA MANDIR |

Our sister temple, Chamunda Mandir,* offers Meditations and Pujas Friday nights from 7-9 pm. They also offer Pujas and Satsangs on Sunday mornings from 10 to noon followed by a fellowship luncheon. Seekers of all ages and backgrounds are always welcome! These events are presented by Yamajit (John C. Mayer) with the help of several guest presenters. Yamajit is a professional educator who holds a Masters degree in Archetypal Psychology from Norwich University. He has facilitated classes and spiritual gatherings in the Denver area for the last 20 years, and has visited India on three occasions as a volunteer teacher and pilgrim to many of Ma Kali’s holy places.
