The Vedas are an ancient body of knowledge dating back at least 5,000 years from the lands of what is now known as India and the Middle East. Many of the world’s traditions trace their origins back to the Vedas and all systems of yogic knowledge descend from the Vedas. The Vedas are preserved in the oldest known texts on earth and have given rise to a continuous investigation into the nature of life and consciousness.
